Subscriber License Agreement
Effective July 16, 2026. Version 2026-07-16. This agreement explains the license granted to each PhotoView.io subscriber and how electronic acceptance works.
Agreement and electronic signature
By checking the Subscriber License Agreement box and submitting the registration form, you affirmatively agree to this agreement and intend that click to serve as your electronic signature. You also agree to receive and retain this agreement electronically. You may print or save this page for your records.
Limited license to use PhotoView.io
While your account is active and in good standing, PhotoView.io grants you a limited, personal or internal-business, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the service for lawful photography portfolio, gallery, storage, display, and sharing purposes. This license does not transfer ownership of PhotoView.io, its software, designs, or other intellectual property to you.
Your photographs and other content
You retain ownership of the photographs, text, logos, watermarks, and other material you upload. You grant PhotoView.io only the permission needed to host, process, resize, back up, transmit, and display that material to operate and improve the service, fulfill your sharing and publishing choices, and protect the platform. You represent that you have the rights needed to upload and use your content.
Account and use restrictions
You are responsible for accurate account information and for activity under your account. You may not copy, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, interfere with, bypass security for, or use PhotoView.io to violate law or another person’s rights. You may not use the service to host, stage, or distribute explicit adult content or other content prohibited by the Terms and Conditions.
Plans, trials, billing, and termination
Your plan controls storage and available features. Unless a promotion says otherwise, paid subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Ending or suspending an account ends the license granted here and may affect portfolio availability and file retention as described in the Terms and Conditions. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including ownership, payment obligations, disclaimers, and liability limits, continue to apply.
Service changes and availability
PhotoView.io may update, replace, add, or remove service features. The service is provided subject to the availability, warranty, and liability provisions in the Terms and Conditions. No online service is guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free.
Related policies and order of precedence
This agreement incorporates the PhotoView.io Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. Those documents govern billing, prohibited use, privacy, cancellation, file retention, disclaimers, and limits of liability. If this agreement directly conflicts with the Terms and Conditions, the Terms and Conditions control.
Changes to this agreement
PhotoView.io may update this agreement for future registrations or when material service changes require a new acceptance. The version shown on this page identifies the agreement presented to you. Material changes that require renewed consent will be presented for affirmative acceptance.
