Terms and Conditions

Last updated July 11, 2026. These terms explain the basic rules for using PhotoViewPro as a subscriber, visitor, or account administrator.

Use of PhotoViewPro

PhotoViewPro provides portfolio publishing, gallery display, storage, sharing, and related subscriber tools for photographers and creative professionals. You are responsible for the content you upload, the accuracy of your account information, and your use of the service.

Subscriber accounts

Subscribers must provide accurate registration and billing information, keep login access secure, and use the service only for lawful portfolio, gallery, and photography-related purposes. Trial accounts may be limited, modified, or ended if the account is inactive, abusive, or violates these terms.

Content ownership

You keep ownership of the photographs, text, logos, watermarks, and other materials you upload. By uploading content, you give PhotoViewPro permission to host, process, resize, display, back up, and transmit that content as needed to operate the service.

Prohibited content and conduct

PhotoViewPro is not a pornography, adult-content staging, illegal-content, harassment, hate, malware, or rights-infringing hosting service. Accounts using the service for prohibited content or unlawful activity may be suspended or closed immediately, with public access disabled.

Storage and fair use

Plans include storage capacity. PhotoViewPro may measure stored data, send alerts, pause new uploads, or require an upgrade when an account exceeds its storage capacity. We may apply reasonable safeguards to abusive or unlawful activity to protect service reliability.

Billing and subscriptions

Paid subscriptions, trials, upgrades, downgrades, cancellations, taxes, and payment methods are handled through our billing provider. Unless a plan or promotion says otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.

Referral storage bonuses

When an eligible referred trial first converts to a paid subscription, the referring subscriber receives a one-time 1 GB storage-capacity bonus. The bonus does not renew annually, does not add free subscription months, has no cash value, and cannot be transferred. Earned capacity remains available while the referring PhotoViewPro account is active and in good standing.

Canceled accounts, failed payments, and file retention

PhotoViewPro does not continue publicly hosting portfolios, embeds, downloads, or sharing links after paid access ends. The detailed cancellation and file-retention process below explains what happens to subscriber files when a trial is canceled, a subscription ends, or a payment method fails.

Canceled trials

If a trial is canceled before billing starts, public portfolios, embeds, downloads, and sharing links are disabled when trial access ends.

Canceled paid subscriptions

If a paid subscription is canceled, public hosting continues through the already-paid billing period. At the end of that period, public portfolios, embeds, downloads, and sharing links are disabled.

Expired cards or failed payments

If a payment method fails or expires, Stripe handles retries and PhotoViewPro sends account notices. If payment is not resolved within 7 days after the due date, public portfolio delivery may be paused until billing is fixed.

Private retention window

After access ends, files are kept privately for 30 days so the subscriber can reactivate, export, or request deletion. We do not keep publicly hosting portfolios after paid access ends.

Deletion after retention

After the 30-day private retention window, account files are queued for deletion from active storage, including originals, display images, thumbnails, watermarks, and portfolio media. Routine backups or logs may persist briefly until normal backup cycles expire.

Immediate deletion requests

A subscriber may request deletion sooner. Once deletion is completed, the files cannot be recovered from PhotoViewPro.

Service availability

We work to keep PhotoViewPro reliable, but no online service is guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features as the product evolves.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, PhotoViewPro is provided as-is and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, loss of profit, loss of data, or business interruption arising from use of the service.
